Like other service providers, Pittsburgh Startup Law can work with clients on a project basis to provide a cost-effective and practical fee estimate before starting a project. As an entrepreneur myself, I'm well aware of the joys of budgeting for different operations of a business, and the frustration of sticker shock invoices. It's my goal to avoid this kind of surprise. Retention
- Full Service - I will handle all aspects of your legal needs leaving you to focus on what you do best. Hourly rate.
- Targeted Involvement - We will work collaboratively together to accomplish your legal goals. While I will handle specific and targeted legal tasks, you will be taking on responsibility for other tasks. This can help lower your overall costs but will require more work on your part. These services are usually charged per-assignment and sometimes will include hourly rates.
- General Assistance - If you are a do-it-yourself type and want to handle all your legal issues on your own, I encourage you to contact me to learn how I can help facilitate your ability to handle your legal issues (which will dramatically cut down on costs) with seasoned counsel and guidance so that you can be sure you're doing the right thing. These services are offered on an hourly basis according to complexity and amount of assistance needed.
I believe that if your business is strapped for cash, that you shouldn't be prevented from obtaining quality legal counsel and assistance. I'm always willing to work with my clients on a payment method that works best for them- whether that's through a down payment and payment plan, accepting credit cards or bitcoins, offering discounts for paying in full, bartering for services, or taking a stake in equity, I'm willing to work with you. I also understand that for many startups, funding comes in waves. If you need to set-up a flexible fee structure that depends on anticipated future funding, that can likely be arranged too.
